We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join the team of a tech-for-good foundation. You will work with a team of passionate engineers, designers, and researchers to build a transformational platform that will enable period-instrument ensembles and musicians to connect with audiences in every region of the country, and online.
Responsibilities:
- Own product development from conception to launch, and beyond
- Develop and mange implementation of marketing plan to build online community encompassing public, musicians and ensembles to begin with, and progressively other stakeholders
- Set ambitious and clear product vision for Continuo Connect and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements
- Be accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team. Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Establish the product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary

Essential
- Experience building and growing strong consumer/community products and marketplaces
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and marketing
- Strong communicator with ability to adapt style to target audience
Preferred
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the classical music industry
- Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms
- Experience in digital marketing and strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years product management or related industry experience
- Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating data, metrics, and customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
